We love cats. That's the whole starting point.
But loving cats isn't the same as celebrating homelessness. Street cats live harder, shorter lives — and a truly cat-friendly city is one that invests in ethical care: sterilisation (TNR), vaccinations, community feeding, vet access, and patient coexistence with humans.
The cities on this map aren't paradises because people ignored the cats — they're paradises because communities stepped up. We want to celebrate that, and point you to the people doing the work.
